Ettore responded quickly to my initial call. He gave me a quote over the phone that turned out to be $1000 lower than the one he gave when he actually came to look, but he was amenable to bringing down the final price somewhat when I pointed out the gap. Otherwise, we were more than happy with his group’s work. They were punctual and professional. They explained each step of the work and were more than happy to answer questions. They noticed a couple of problems before I pointed them out and had already planned on how to deal with them by the time I asked about them. In repairing some cracks in the limestone trim on our front patio, I initially thought all that would be necessary was to fill in the cracks, but they opened them up, straightened them out and then filled them in, making them look as if they were a regular part of the pattern.
